A concurrent resolution deploring the decision to withdraw United States acceptance of compulsory jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice over disputes involving Central America.

States that the Congress: (1) deplores the decision to withdraw U.S. acceptance of the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice over disputes involving Central America; (2) is concerned about the damage such decision has done to the U.S. position in the world community; and (3) urges the President to reverse such decision.
