Endorses specified recommendations of the Committee, including its: (1) goals and recommendations for the solar system exploration program; (2) core program projects (Venus Radar Mapper, Mars Geoscience/Climatology Orbiter, a comet rendezvous/asteroid flyby, and the Titan probe/radar mapper); and (3) subsequent core missions identified for further research and development.
