A concurrent resolution expressing the sense of the Congress that the President should form a National Commission on Natural Gas Policy to make recommendations to the Congress.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the President should form a National Commission on Natural Gas Policy to: (1) make recommendations on natural gas pricing reforms to ensure adequate natural gas supplies and fair prices; and (2) transmit such recommendations to the Congress.

Requires such commission to be bipartisan and contain representatives of the natural gas industry and consumer groups.
