A concurrent resolution recommending elimination of voter registration on the basis of political party affiliation, and for other purposes.

Expresses the sense of the Congress that the States should pass laws that: (1) prohibit voter registration which is based on political party affiliation; and (2) ensure that voter registration is conducted through the date of the election involved (or at least not terminated earlier than ten days before each election).
