Declares that it is the sense of the Senate that the U.S. Custom House at Bowling Green in New York City and every other public building managed by the General Services Administration shall not be sold unless the Committee on Environment and Public Works accedes to its transfer or sale.
Requires a progress report to such committee every 30 days by the General Services Administration concerning the renovation of such U.S. Custom House.
