A resolution relating to the convening of an international conference to amend certain international agreements concerning the privileges and immunities of diplomatic and consular agents.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should invite a representative from each country which adheres to specified international agreements to attend an international conference to amend such agreements to require the contracting parties to break diplomatic relations with any country which is determined to have violated such agreements by unlawfully detaining a diplomatic or consular agent or by seizing or failing to protect the premises of a diplomatic or consular mission.
