Authorizes the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry from March 1, 1981 through February 28, 1982, to: (1) make expenditures from the contingent fund of the Senate; (2) employ personnel; and (3) utilize the services of department or agency personnel on a reimbursable basis. Sets forth the limit on expenses by the Committee during such period.
