A resolution relating to the agreements entered into by the Government of the United States in order to secure the release of the 52 American hostages held in Iran.

Expresses the support of the Senate for any determination the President may make in refusing to carry out any obligation assumed by the United States in the Declaration of the Government of Algeria or in the Claims Settlement Agreement with Iran, since such agreements were made to secure the release of Americans held in Iran in violation of international law.
