A resolution expressing the Sense of the Senate with respect to the U.S. Participation in the International Fund for Agricultural Development.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President, in order to further the purposes of participation in the International Fund for Agricultural Development, should: (1) instruct U.S. representatives to seek to limit the number of the Fund's professional staff; (2) instruct U.S. representatives to seek equity among contributors to the Fund; (3) encourage development of procedures to expedite Fund disbursements; and (4) seek to assure that the U.S. contribution is disbursed in a manner related to the Fund's actual rate of disbursal.
