White House Conference on Education Act - Authorizes the President to call a White House Conference on Education not later than January 15, 1982.
Sets forth the purpose and composition of the Conference. Requires that the Conference be planned and conducted by an executive director, appointed by the President.
Requires that a final report of the Conference, including recommendations, be submitted to the President, made public, and transmitted to the Congress.
Sets forth provisions for the administration of the Conference.
Authorizes appropriations. Prohibits the use of funds appropriated to the Department of Education, other than funds appropriated pursuant to this resolution, to carry out such purposes.
