Interstate Compact - Grants the consent of Congress to an extension and renewal of the Interstate Compact to conserve oil and gas.
Directs the Attorney General to make biennial reports to Congress as to whether the activities of the Interstate Oil Compact Commission and the compacting States have been consistent with the purposes of such compact.
