Amends the National Trail Systems Act to designate the General Crook Trail in Arizona and New Mexico for consideration for designation as a national historic trail.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, in cooperation with Arizona, to provide interpretative markers to identify and commemorate the Beale Wagon Road in Arizona.
