Supplemental Military Construction Authorization Act, l981 - Authorizes supplemental appropriations for construction at specified military installations of the Army, Marine Corps, Air Training Command, and Strategic Air Command.
Authorizes the Secretaries of Defense and the Air Force to accomplish specified minor construction projects.
Authorizes supplemental appropriations for the support of military family housing.
Permits the Secretary of Defense to establish or develop facilities for the Air National Guard.
Subjects the authorizations made by this Act to the limitations of the Military Construction Authorization Act.
