A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to authorize medical and dental care and related benefits for reservists and members of the National Guard who contract a disease or become ill while on duty for thirty days or less, and for other purposes.

Entitles to specified medical and dental benefits members of the uniformed services or the National Guard who become ill in line of duty while on active duty for a period of 30 days or less, or who become ill while on full-time training duty or inactive-duty training when such illness is incurred or aggravated as an incident of such training.
