A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to reduce from sixty to fifty-five the age at which a member of the Armed Forces may retire for nonregular service and to provide for such a reduction in the retired pay of such a member who retires before the age of sixty as may be necessary to avoid any additional cost to the United States.
