Youth Opportunity Wage Act - Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to exempt employees under 18 years of age from the minimum wage provisions of such Act.
Repeals provisions relating to special wage rates for full-time students employed in retail or service establishments, agricultural occupations, or institutions of higher education.
