A bill to require the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration to provide funds, as authorized to be appropriated under this Act, to the mayor of the city of Atlanta, Georgia, for extraordinary investigation expenses relating to the recent murders of children in that city.

Directs the Law Enforcement Assistance Administration, under authority of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Steets Act of 1968, to provide the city of Atlanta, Georgia, with funds for extraordinary investigation expenses with respect to the recent murders of children.

Authorizes appropriations in the amount of $1,800,000 for such purpose.
