A bill to authorize the appropriations for activities and programs carried out by the Secretary of the Interior through the Bureau of Land Management and for other purposes.

Authorizes appropriations for programs of the Bureau of Land Management for fiscal years 1982 through 1985. Requires the Secretary of the Interior, not later than May 15, 1984, and every five years thereafter, to submit to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate, a request for authorization of appropriations for the Bureau for the next five fiscal years.
