Amends title VII (Health Research and Teaching Facilities and Training of Professional Health Personnel) of the Public Health Service Act to authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make grants to schools of medicine and osteopathy for the establishment and operation of educational programs in geriatrics.

Authorizes appropriations for fiscal years 1981- 1985.
