A bill for the relief of John Smitherman.

Declares a named individual to have incurred a disability resulting from an injury suffered or disease contracted in the line of duty in the active naval service during a period of war.

Declares that the receipt of benefits by reason of enactment of this Act shall be in full satisfaction of all claims against the United States based on such injury or disease.
