Provides for the disposition by the Secretary of the Interior of funds appropriate to pay a judgment in favor of the Cowlitz Tribe of Indians in a specified Indian Claims Commission case.
Declares that enrolled members of the Yakima Tribe who have continued their interest and support of the Cowlitz Tribe and who are otherwise eligible under this Act shall not be precluded from a share in the per capita distribution of such funds.
