Amends the River and Harbor Act of 1962 to authorize the Secretary of the Army, through the Chief of Engineers, to pay the city of Virginia Beach, Virginia, for certain remedial work the city did as a result of the navigation project for Lynnhaven Inlet, Bay, and connecting waters, Virginia.
