Summary

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to alter existing Bureau of the Mint facilities.

Vests all functions with respect to the design, construction, alteration, repair, furnishing, equipping, improvement, operation, maintenance, and custody of any mint facility in the Secretary of the Treasury.

Authorizes appropriations to carry out this Act.
