A bill to provide for the restoration of the fish and wildlife in the Trinity River Basin, California, and for other purposes.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to develop and implement a basin-wide fish and wildlife management program for the Trinity River Basin in California. Includes fish habitat rehabilitation, hatchery modernization, and fish and wildlife monitoring in such program.

Establishes the Trinity River Basin Fish and Wildlife Task Force.

Authorizes appropriations for: (1) construction; and (2) fish and wildlife management.
