A bill to provide appointment and authority of the Supreme Court Police, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Marshal of the Supreme Court to designate Supreme Court employees as members of the Supreme Court Police.

Requires certain regulations prescribed by the Marshal, concerning restrictions on activities on Supreme Court property, to be posted in a public place in the Supreme Court building and made reasonably available to the public in writing. (Currently, such regulations must be published in one or more daily newspapers of the District of Columbia.)

Authorizes the Marshal and Police to: (1) protect persons and property in the Supreme Court Building and on building grounds and adjacent streets; (2) protect the Chief Justice, any Associate Justice, any official guest of the Court, and any officer or employee performing official duties anywhere in the United States; (3) make arrests for violations of State and Federal laws when carrying out such authority; and (4) carry firearms.

Directs the Marshal to oversee the Police.
