A bill to amend title 28, United States Code, to provide for the setting of fees in the service of civil process.

Amends Federal law to direct the Attorney General to prescribe regulations setting fees for the service of civil process by U.S. marshals which shall provide, to the maximum extent practicable, for the recovery of the costs of the particular service. Authorizes marshals to require a deposit to cover the fee.
