Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and furnish to the Semiquincentenary Commission of the State of Georgia medals commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the State. Prohibits the striking of such medals after December 31, 1983. Requires security satisfactory to the Secretary to indemnify payment of specified costs.
