A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a contract or cooperative agreement with the Art Barn Association to assist in the preservation and interpretation of the Art Barn and Pierce Mill located in Rock Creek Park within the District of Columbia.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to enter into contracts or cooperative agreements with the Art Barn Association to assist in the preservation and interpretation of the Art Barn and Pierce Mill located in Rock Creek Park in the District of Columbia. Permits appropriations to the Secretary for operation and maintenance of the barn and mill to be made available to the association.
