A bill to repeal that paragraph of the Act of March 4, 1913, that designates 10 percent of all National Forest receipts for the construction of roads and trails on the National Forests (37 Stat. 843, as amended; 16 U.S.C. 501).

Repeals the requirement that ten percent of all national forest receipts for the fiscal year be used for the construction and maintenance of roads and trails within the national forests in States from which such proceeds are derived.
