A bill to provide that food stamp adjustments for the elderly and disabled are coordinated with cost-of-living adjustments.

Amends the Food Stamp Act of 1977 to exclude from the income of an eligible household through September 30 of any fiscal year, any increase in income attributable to a cost-of-living increase in: (1) Old Age, Survivors and Disability payments; (2) supplemental security income; (3) railroad retirement payments; or (4) veterans' pension payments.
