Amends the Legal Services Corporation Act to permit any person to bring a civil cause of action for any violation of the Act against the Legal Services Corporation or any direct or indirect grantee.
Authorizes the Federal court to award treble punitive damages, equitable relief, attorney fees, and other incurred litigation costs.
