A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide increased penalties for illegal distribution of controlled substances in or adjacent to elementary and secondary schools.

Amends the Controlled Substances Act to establish enhanced penalties for distributing a controlled substance on or adjacent to public or private elementary or secondary school property. Increases any special parole terms granted to such offenders.

Establishes a mandatory, minimum three-year prison sentence for repeat offenders.
