Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Refinancing Act of 1982

Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation Refinancing Act of 1982 - Amends the Act establishing the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation to require such Corporation to pay excess revenues into the general fund of the Treasury.

Cancels the balance owed by the Corporation on revenue bonds issued to the Secretary of the Treasury.

Requires user charges and tolls that will generate revenues sufficient to pay into the Treasury an amount to be fixed by the Secretary of Transportation.
