A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to transfer all rights, title and interest of the United States in twenty nine thousand eight hundred and eighty four acres, more or less (Battle Mountain Community Pasture), to the Pershing County Water Conservation District of Nevada.

Transfers all right, title, and interest of the United States in certain lands in Lander County, Nevada, to the Pershing County Water Conservation District of Nevada. States that this Act does not relieve the water conservation district from its existing contracts with the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation.

Requires the District to continue to protect the water rights for the Humboldt project (a portion included in the transferred lands).
