A bill to amend Title III of the Colorado River Basin Project Act (Public Law 90-537; 82 Stat. 885, as amended by Public Law 95-578; 92 Stat. 2471 and Public Law 96-375; 94 Stat. 1505).
Amends the Colorado River Basin Project Act to adjust the authorization of appropriations to provide for such cost indexing as may be justified by reason of ordinary fluctuations in construction costs.
Requires non-Federal interests to provide at least 20 percent of the total construction costs of such facilities.
