A bill to direct the management of certain lands on the Deerlodge and Helena National Forests, Montana, known as the Elkhorns, and for other purposes.
Elkhorn Management Act of 1982 - Requires that lands designated as the Elkhorn Wilderness Study Area in the Deerlodge and Helena National Forests in Montana be managed for nonwilderness uses according to forest land management plans developed for such forests pursuant to the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974.
