Directs the Secretaries of the Interior and Agriculture to sell public lands in New Mexico, selected jointly by them and the affected local government, to produce revenue for the purchase of certain other land in that State. Prohibits the sale of land that the Secretaries and the local government do not agree upon.
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to acquire specified acreage in Bernalillo County, New Mexico, for inclusion in the Sandia Mountain Wilderness.
