A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that disability benefits shall not be terminated prior to an exhaustion of administrative remedies unless current medical evidence substantiates such termination.

Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to prohibit the termination of an individual's disability benefits before a final administrative decision to terminate the individual's entitlement has been made, unless current medical evidence substantiates the change in such individual's medical condition which is the basis for benefit termination.
