Airways Facilities Systems Specialists Act of 1981 - Establishes the position of "airways facilities systems specialist" within the Airways Facilities Division of the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation.
Sets forth wage classifications, retirement plans, and a career progression program for such systems specialists.
