Federal Judicial Salary Control Act of 1981 - Requires appropriations for the Federal judiciary, including funding for representation under the Criminal Justice Act and for the Federal courts (except the Supreme Court), to be specially authorized by Act of Congress.
Prohibits increases in compensation for Federal judges, including the Supreme Court, except as specifically authorized by Act of Congress.
