A bill to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to convey certain National Forest System lands, under specified conditions, to direct the Secretary of Interior to certify survey monuments within 180 days, and for other purposes.

Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to convey National Forest System land parcels of up to five acres to persons who have encroached upon such land as a result of an erroneous Federal land survey or an uncertified Federal survey monument.

Requires all such monuments to be certified by the Secretary of the Interior within 180 days of monumentation.
