A bill to amend section 6(e)(2) of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965, as amended.

Amends provisions of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 dealing with Federal financial assistance to States for the development of outdoor recreation facilities to remove the authority of the Secretary of the Interior to permit the use of such assistance for construction of sheltered facilities for swimming pools and ice skating rinks.
