A bill entitled, the "Veterans' Health Care Act of 1981".
Veterans' Health Care Act of 1981 - Authorizes the Administrator of the Veterans' Administration to provide hospital or nursing home care to a veteran for treatment of a condition associated with exposure to Agent Orange during service in Vietnam.
Extends through September 30, 1984, the Vietnam-era veterans' readjustment counseling program.
Directs the Administrator to expand the scope of the epidemiological study and literature review of studies of long-term adverse health effects from exposure to Agent Orange to include an evaluation of the adverse health effects of other factors involved in such service, including exposure to other herbicides, chemicals, or environmental hazards or conditions.
