A bill to provide for a series of regional presidential primary elections.
Presidential Primaries Act of 1981 - Designates four geographic regions of the United States. Requires that elections of delegates to the national political conventions in States and territories of the United States within the same geographic region be held on the same date. Sets the dates for such elections and directs the Commissioner of the Federal Election Commission to determine by lot the election date for each geographic region.
