A bill for the relief of Monty P. Greene.

Provides that, notwithstanding any statute of limitations, the Court of Claims shall have jurisdiction to hear, determine, and render judgment upon the claim of a named individual for correction of military records to show that he was retired by reason of a physical disability incurred in the line of duty.
