A resolution to provide for the establishment of a Select Committee on Reindustrialization.

Establishes in the House of Representatives the Select Committee on Reindustrialization to study the condition of industry in the United States. Requires the Committee to submit to the House a report containing the results of its investigations not later than December 31,1983. Terminates the Committee 30 days after the filing of its report or January 3, 1984, whichever occurs first.
