A resolution to honor the work and achievements of Allyn Cox, N.A., D.F.A., Artist of the Capitol and those who made possible the program of beautifying the Capitol with historical murals.

Designates September 21, 1982, as a time of special tribute to muralist Allyn Cox, N.A., D.F.A., and the art program sponsored by the United States Capitol Historical Society. Provides for a special program in the Old Senate Chamber on such date in recognition of the efforts of the Society, the artistic achievements of Allyn Cox, and the generosity of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution.
