A resolution providing for cost savings by elimination of nonessential activities of House Information Systems and transfer of remaining activities of House Information Systems to other Government entities.

Directs the Committee on House Administration to eliminate nonessential activities of the House Information Systems and to transfer remaining activities to other government entities, if such transfer creates cost savings. Requires the Committee to report to the House not later than December 31, 1981, on any action taken under this resolution.
