Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the Bonneville Power Administration, the Forest Service, and the Bureau of Land Management should initiate projects providing cost-effective energy generation and jobs creation in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
Provides that such projects should include energy conservation projects, projects with respect to timber stands and salvage timber, and geothermal projects.
