A resolution to amend the Rules of the House of Representatives to deny floor privileges to ex-Members of the House of Representatives who have been convicted of a crime for which a sentence of two or more years' imprisonment may be imposed, and for other purposes.

Amends the Rules of the House of Representatives to deny floor privileges to ex-Members and certain former officers or employees of the House who have been convicted of a crime for which a sentence of two or more years' imprisonment may be imposed, unless or until judicial or executive proceedings result in reinstatement of the presumption of innocence.
